Give me some feedback please

I really would appreciate some feedback on my website. :)
Due to the fact that not everthing on my page is PG-13
I have to ask everyone interested to send me a PM.

Thank you for your reply Mega B. I really would like to follow your advice, but the rules of this forum
forbid that I post the name of my website. In the rules it says:
"3. Keep it PG-13
And a pretty clean PG-13 at that. Watch your language, and be respectful to other members.
Absolutely No links, urls, or even domain names pointing to adult material. If selling an adult site,
you need to ask anyone interested to send you a private message."

My website is not adult per se, but it has some adult parts to it. So I'm bound by that rule.
That's why I asked for a PM.

Everything on the site looks fine to me, just one problemo, the forum, remove the iframe and have a direct link to forum instead.

one more thing, dont worry about laws so much I see it posted everywhere, maybe just create a legal or terms pages.

And remove your address and phone number from the site, theres some weirdo`s online that im sure you do not want turning up on your doorstep.

But, I have a suspicion that the site was made a male to start with.

Your observation is right, the site was partly made by a male.
It's the same male who stands in the impressum. He's my privacy guard.
He's responsible for the technical and legal things. I'm mainly the decision
maker on what to do, I'm paying for the whole thing and I'm the content
provider. The address shown there is not mine but his. So I'm safe. Even
if I would tell him to remove the address and the telephone, he wouldn't
do it because he has to show it due to German law. In Germany the whois
isn't enough. Due to the fact that some servers are located in Germany, we
have to follow also German laws. That sucks but it's that way.

The thing with the forum is something we just did. Before it was as you
described it. It felt as if it wasn't part of the site and backlinking to the main
site outside the forumthreads was not very easy. That's why we used the
iframe to make it look part of the site. But we will reconsider it, due to your
statement.

The idea with the terms or legal page is good. I will think about it.
